Dr Mike Oliver presented a comprehensive and informative programme on Health Literacy to a team of over 100 Public Health professionals.  The programme was well planned, structured and engaging but also relaxed, interactive and relevant to across a range of portfolio areas and service departments.  The feedback was incredibly positive, with staff members saying the delivery was “refreshing”, “very interesting” and full of useful tips to take back and apply in the workplace.  The content and delivery style were excellent, thought provoking and really gave food for thought on how we engage with our customers, clients and communities.

Mike’s sessions were a real success.  We didn’t know how valuable health literacy was to us until this event.  He has offered follow up support where needed, and we are changing the way we do things as a result.
