Clare has a demonstrated history of working in health, local authority and the voluntary and community sector. Over her career, she has worked in the field of personalised care and health improvement from many perspectives with the common thread of seeking bolder and better ways to put people at the centre of all that we do.  For Clare, health literacy is essential to personalised care, advocating for its inclusion in all aspects of training. She uses the key tools and techniques as part of her roles and champions the cause in all her work.  Clare is an engaging and thoughtful trainer, and is a founding director of Undivided Training Ltd, providing workforce training in all areas of personalised care.
